How to work through IGCSE Mathematics
- Number and Algebra first. Later strands assume you can factorise, rearrange and handle indices fluently.
- Show every line of working. Most marks in 0580 are method marks, awarded even when the final answer is wrong.
- Keep full calculator accuracy through a calculation and round only the final answer, to 3 significant figures unless told otherwise.
- Check answers by substituting back. It costs seconds and catches almost every sign error.
